Adoption
When we first met, our primary focus was on building
a strong relationship. We waited to start a family until
we felt we could devote time and energy to parenting.
Knowing that we would need to pursue medical assistance
or adoption when it came time for us to start a
family, we began exploring all our options. We soon
realized that adoption is the best fit for us. Parenting
is more important to us than passing along our genes
or being pregnant. Given our backgrounds working
with children, we know we will love our child completely
no matter how he or she comes into our lives.
Our Relationship with You
When we started looking into adoption, we decided to
pursue open adoption (where the birth family maintains
contact with the child). We believe this approach
is best for everyone involved, especially the child. We
feel it’s important for our child to know his/her birth
family made a courageous and loving choice to find
an adoptive family.
Should we be the choice for you and your child, we hope to share an on-going relationship. We know there can never be too many people to love a child and the more we’re all involved, the better for your baby. This being said, we respect your needs and are open to establishing a relationship that’s comfortable for you.

Our Intentions in Parenting
We believe every child has a unique gift to share and
that it's our job as parents to help our child discover
his or her gifts. We look forward to providing a loving
home, a variety of experiences, and a strong, well-rounded
education to help our child reach his or her
full potential. Mostly, we hope to raise our child to feel
secure, passionate about life, and confident in pursuing
his or her dreams.
