Our love of nature, children, and family brought us together initially and keeps our connection strong today. We met while working at a school in California’s Santa Cruz Mountains. Neal was teaching kindergarten and high school, while Amy was teaching second grade and yoga.

After several years living in the redwood forest we relocated to a charming neighborhood in San Francisco. Our street is particularly family friendly with an annual children’s fair and a trick-or-treating party on Halloween. We have an outstanding Montessori preschool just down the street, excellent elementary schools nearby, and child-friendly museums and parks within walking distance.

Our spacious home has plenty of room for a child to explore and grow. We look forward to meals together around our dining room table, playing games in our living room and yard, and closing the day with a good bedtime story.
